Like Aamir Khan In Dangal, Salman Khan Bulks Up For Sultan
Aamir Khan, gained weight for his upcoming flick titled Dangal, and now Salman Khan too has gained 7 kilos of weight for his upcoming movie titled Sultan.
Salman Khan, will further add 8 more kilos to look more bulky as a wrestler by November 22. To gain sudden weight, Salman is undergoing extreme training, and the actor was quoted as saying,
"The weight I need to put on is of the muscular kind. It's got nothing to do with diet. I eat correctly - I have my protein, chicken and fish. I need to train harder and be focussed."

Salman Khan's training includes different kind of workouts, on how to kick and how to be kicked. The actor dedicates four hours for his training. Salman was quoted as saying,
"I am learning how to grapple, the floor work, how to kick and how to get kicked! It's not that we cannot do what they do, but they have been doing it for so many years, they do it with ease. I need to get that ease, the flexibility, power and quickness in me. I do about three-four kicks every day, but have to increase it to 150-200 kicks."
It's also come to light that Aamir Khan has lent his trainer Rahul Bhatt to train Salman for Sultan. "Rakesh helps me out whenever I need him, but right now, Aamir needs him more." says Salman Khan.
