OMG! Rishi Kapoor Criticises Aamir Khan For 'Leaving India' Comment While Ranbir Kapoor Supports Him

Aamir Khan recently talked about his views on ''Intolerant India'' and how his wife Kiran Rao wanted to leave the country, but the actor was heavily criticised for it. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor too, did not like what Aamir said but surprisingly his son Ranbir supported the Dangal actor.

The All Is Well actor, Rishi Kapoor, took to the microblogging site Twitter and wrote, "Mr.&Mrs. Amir Khan. When things are going wrong and the system needs correction,repair it,mend it.Don't run away from it. That is Heroism!"

However, his son Ranbir Kapoor has supported Aamir Khan, talking to India Today, Ranbir said, ''Aamir truly cares for India. He is not somebody who would run away, Aamir's heart is with India."

When asked about his personal views, Ranbir Kapoor said that he is not the right person to comment on this issue, but the Tamasha actor also denied that there is an environment of growing intolerance in India.

In a recent interview to Indian Express, Aamir Khan had said, ''Kiran and I have lived all our lives in India. For the first time, she said, should we move out of India? That's a disastrous and big statement for Kiran to make to me. She fears for her child. She fears about what the atmosphere around us will be. She feels scared to open the newspapers everyday. That does indicate that there is a sense of growing disquiet.''

Aamir Khan further added, ''As an individual, as a citizen, certainly I have also been alarmed, I can't deny it, by a number of incidents. For us, as Indians, to feel a sense of security, two-three things are important. The sense of justice gives a lot of security to the common man.''
