While,
Salman
Khan's
bail
period
in
regard
to
the
hit
and
run
case
is
about
to
expire
soon,
the
actor
has
got
into
another
legal
trouble,
worth
a
whooping
amount
of
Rs
250
crores.
Producer
Vijay
Galani
has
reportedly
filed
a
defamation
case
against
Salman
for
Rs
250
crores
and
it
seems
Galani
has
a
fair
amount
of
support
from
the
Court.
As
reported,
the
case
relates
to
Salman
Khan's
film
Veer,
which
was
co-produced
by
Vijay
Galani,
who
also
happens
to
be
quite
close
to
the
Khan
family.
According
to
a
leading
publication,
Salman
Khan
and
Vijay
Galani
got
into
an
agreement
during
the
making
of
Veer
which
stated
that
Salman
would
get
Rs
15
crores
of
the
overflow
(profit)
made
by
the
film,
apart
from
the
siging
amount
of
Rs
10
crores
which
was
already
paid
to
him.
However,
the
movie
flopped
at
the
Box
Office
and
as
per
the
norms
of
the
agreement,
Salman
would
not
be
entitled
to
that
Rs
15
crores
as
the
film
failed
to
make
any
profit.
But,
Galani
alleged
that
Salman
kept
demanding
that
amount
as
Galani
received
multiple
letters
from
Salman's
office.
The
producer
also
stated
that
Salman's
office
issued
a
non-cooperation
letter
to
him
against
which
he
fought
legally
and
the
Court
passed
judgement
in
Galani's
favour.
One
leading
publication
quoted
Galani
saying,
"Firstly,
the
overflow
agreement
was
on
paper
and
secondly,
Veer
showed
no
profits.
So
CINTAA
ruled
in
my
favour.
Meanwhile,
Salman
got
upset
with
CINTAA
and
so
to
please
him,
they
issued
a
non-cooperation
letter
against
me
which
was
totally
baseless."
"Court
saw
my
papers.
They
called
Salman's
representatives
to
Court
and
asked
on
what
basis
they
had
been
asking
for
money
and
why
was
a
non-cooperation
letter
issued
against
me.
They
had
no
reply
and
thus,
the
Court
has
now
ruled
in
my
favour",
Galani
said.
He
further
adds,
"I
can't
tell
what
I
have
gone
through
during
the
last
three
years.
My
mental
agony
and
the
money
on
lawyers
has
left
me
drained.
I
have
filed
a
Rs
250
crores
defamation
case
against
Salman
for
mental
agony,
harassment,
loss
of
face.
Who
will
give
me
back
the
three
years
that
I
have
lost?"
