Calmness Prevails At Ashok Singh's House After Salman Khan's Verdict

A certain calmness prevailed at the house of Ashok Singh, Salman Khan's driver who accepted to have driven the SUV which ran over people on the pavement.

Ashok Singh drove Salman Khan to court in the morning before he was convicted of the crime. His house at Versova's Mhada colony has no trace of any events happening.

Ashok Singh's wife and son were missing at the house. However, his elder son Shikhar said he is not aware of his parents' whereabouts.

"I don't want to comment on anything. I have just returned from night shift and hardly communicated with my father for the last few days. Besides, we rarely discuss anything about it at home," Shikar said.

"My husband hardly speaks about the actor at home. He has been working with the actor since 1989 when he (actor) just entered the film industry. We are from Uttar Pradesh and it was initially a struggle before my husband got the job," Ashok Singh's wife Anita told a leading daily on Monday.

Ashok Singh is the driver of the actor since 1989.
