Salman Khan hit-and run case verdict has been a big blow for the actor and his family. The actor has been found guilty.
The sessions court judge DW Deshpande told Salman Khan, "you were driving the car" and held him guilty of all eight charges against him in the case.
He also said that the driver Ashok Singh couldn't have driven the car and said,"not probable".
A teary-eyed Salman Khan listened to the judge's words. His family also broke down hearing the proceedings. Arguments for deciding the sentencing for the actor are still underway.
These are the charges against the actor under Indian Penal Code and the jail term under these clauses:
Sec 304 (Part II) of IPC - Culpable homicide not amounting to murder (Maximum of 10 years in jail)
Sec 279 of IPC - Rash and Negligent Driving (6 Months in jail)
Sec 337 of IPC - Causing hurt by act endangering life (2 yrs in jail)
