Salman Khan Suffers Back Injury
Salman Khan has been having a hectic schedule for the promotions of his upcoming movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan which is set to release on July 17th.
Before the promotional activities, the actor had a long shooting schedule for the film and looks like all the stress has put a toll on Salman's health.
It has been reported that Salman Khan recently suffered a back injury and the Dabangg actor has been advised bed rest by the doctors. However, reports suggest that there is nothing much to worry about as it is a general sprain and Salman will be fit and fine soon.
Salman Khan's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma also informed the same with a post on Twitter saying, "Salman Bhai is Fine,there's nothing to be Alarmed about. Thank you for your love & concern as always. (sic)"
Salman's Bajrangi Bhaijaan is undoubtedly one of the most awaited flicks of this year and the actor is contributing much for the film's promotions.
Also to be mentioned, Salman will soon commence shooting for Sultan which is slated to release on 2016 Eid.
