Singer
Atif
Aslam
is
supposed
to
perform
at
Pune
on
April
25th
but
Shiv
Sena
has
announced
that
they
won't
allow
any
Pakistani
singer
to
perform
in
India.
As
per
party
sources,
this
is
in
reaction
to
the
major
ceasefire
violations
by
Pakistan
at
the
border
and
by
Kashmiri
separatists,
being
allegedly
supported
by
Pakistan.
Shiv
Sena's
cine
wing,
Chitrapat
Sena,
has
declared
that
they
won't
let
any
Pakistani
artist
perform
in
India.
As
per
sources
their
first
target
is
likely
to
be
Pakistani
singer
Atif
Aslam,
who
is
set
to
perform
in
Pune
on
April
25.

"Since
day
one
we
have
been
opposing
Pakistani
artists
and
our
stand
always
has
been
the
same.
Pakistan
is
attacking
us
from
every
corner.
How
can
we
welcome
their
artists?," a
leader
said
on
condition
of
anonymity.
While,
Atif
Aslam
is
scheduled
to
perform
at
Pune's
Amanora
Park
in
Hadpsar
area,
Senior
Sena
leader
from
Pune
Ajay
Bhosale
said,
"Aslam
is
a
Pakistani
artist
and
we
oppose
his
performance
in
Pune.
The
organiser
better
cancel
it
now,
or
else
we
won't
let
the
event
happen."
This
is
not
the
first
time
that
the
Sena
has
opposed
Pakistani
artists
performing
in
India.
It
had
protested
against
the
inclusion
of
Pakistani
television
host
and
cross
dresser
Begum
Nawazish
Ali
and
actor
Veena
Malik
in
a
reality
show.
