Ranbir
Kapoor,
who
had
two
back
to
back
flops
in
his
kitty
Roy
and
Bombay
Velvet
says
actors
deserve
all
the
criticism
if
their
movies
don't
work
at
the
box
office.
Ranbir
has
had
many
successful
movies
under
his
belt
for
Wake
Up
Sid,
Rockstar
and
Barfi
and
it's
only
this
year
that
he's
been
struggling
to
make
it
through
the
box
office.
"I
think
an
actor
is
given
a
lot
of
credit
when
the
film
is
a
hit.
When
my
films
do
well,
I'm
showered
with
love
and
appreciation.
So,
when
my
film
does
not
do
well,
the
criticism
should
be
for
me," says
Ranbir.
The
star
was
at
the
Puma
home
kit
launch
for
his
football
team
Mumbai
City
FC,
which
he
co-owns
along
with
Bimal
Parekh.
The
team
did
not
perform
really
well
last
season
but
he
took
the
defeat
graciously.
"It
is
necessary
for
an
actor
or
a
sportsman
to
graciously
accept
both
loss
and
success.
Humility
and
goodness
are
very
important.
They
are
an
actor's
virtue," he
said.
He
believes
he
should
be
criticized
because
the
movies
he
chose
was
his
choice,
and
when
people
came
to
show
their
faith
and
love
in
his
abilities,
they
were
let
down
and
the
blame
should
be
solely
on
me.
"I
should
be
criticized
because
it
was
my
choice,
I
worked
in
it,
the
audience
showed
faith
in
me
and
came
to
see
the
movie,
and
when
they
don't
like
it,
the
result
should
be
for
me,"
he
added.
