Sonakshi Sinha, too was caught in this wave of arguments of Jasleen Kaur, who claimed a man on a bike eve teased her on the streets and challenged her to file a complaint. She then shared it on social media platforms and the post went viral. In support of the girl, Sonakshi tweeted,

"Well done Jasleen! Hope this serves as a warning to all the creeps and encouragement to every girl to take action!"

It recently came to light that Jasleen Kaur, made a mountain of a molehill. An eye witness of the incident informed the media and the Police that the girl had a little argument with the biker for jumping the signal.

The eye witness claims that it was Jasleen, who started abusing the biker and the man simply asked her to mind her own business. That's when Jasleen, clicked a picture of him and ened up sharing it on social media.

After further details of the incident came to light, Sonakshi Sinha, took to her Twitter account and apologised for wrongly supporting Jasleen Kaur, without any verification on the issue. She tweeted as,

"Being a girl, gave the benefit of doubt to Jasleen, like many others! And like many others am embarrassed n let down! Apologies to the guy."

Obviously, Sonakshi's fans were very supportive of her for admitting mistakes and apologising on social media as nobody knew the truth. To this Sonakshi replied on Twitter as,

"Admitting a mistake and apologizing doesn't make anyone a smaller person...thats what I've been taught!"

Cheers to the actress for realizing that jumping the gun on social media is not the right thing to do.
