Detective
Byomkesh
Bakshy!
star
Sushant
Singh
Rajput
says
the
suspense
drama
is
a
special
film
in
his
career.
The
actor,
29,
called
upon
his
fans
to
watch
Detective
Byomkesh
Bakshy!
so
that
the
other
stories
of
Sharadindu
Bandyopadhyay's
can
get
the
big
screen
treatment.
"In
my
eight
years
of
career
I
think
I
have
not
worked
on
something
like
this.
We
all
have
worked
very
hard
and
put
our
best.
I
want
everybody
to
watch
this
film
and
appreciate
our
efforts
so
that
we
can
make
the
whole
32
novels
of
Byomkesh," he
said.
Sushant,
a
former
TV
star,
got
his
first
break
in
Bollywood
with
Abhishek
Kapoor's
buddy
drama
Kai
Po
Che!
and
within
a
short
period
of
time
he
made
a
mark
in
the
industry
with
his
outings
in
Shuddh
Desi
Romance
and
PK.
Asked
how
does
it
feel
when
people
call
him
the
'next
bankable
star',
Sushant
said,
"It
feels
nice
because
when
I
thought
of
becoming
an
actor
six
years
back,
it
was
like
saying
I
would
like
to
become
the
Prime
Minister
of
India.
"I
don't
have
any
relation
in
the
industry
and
neither
I
had
money
to
produce
a
film
for
me.
What
I
had
was
the
passion
for
arts."
The
actor
said
he
is
very
selfish
when
it
comes
to
selecting
movies.
"When
I
choose
a
film
and
start
working
on
it,
I
never
think
whether
the
film
will
be
a
hit
or
not.
I
am
a
selfish
actor.
I
only
consider
the
role
and
the
filmmaker
and
how
much
I
can
learn
from
the
film.
Only
on
the
last
day
of
the
shoot
I
start
thinking
about
audience's
reaction,"
Sushant
told.
