Kangana Ranaut has changed the way Indian audiences watch movies. Gone are the days when only dancing around trees and love stories were shoved down our face. Kangana has carved her own identity and become a poised woman of substance in Bollywood.
The Queen actress, in a recent interview spoke
about her contribution as an actress and how being an outsider, she
was ill-treated by the industry.
The actress says, people were fed up of watching, dancing around
trees and hair blowing in the wind, audiences wanted something real
which would match today's scenario. Hence she gave them what they
wanted through Queen and many other movies under her belly.
She says, "We want to see real stuff and I think that's where I
contributed," and people are hungry for real life characters and
stories and not just "saris and hair flowing in the wind".
We couldn't agree more with this and Kangana has hit the nail
straight. No wonder she is the Queen of Bollywood.
