We all know that Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are being compared to the King and Queen of romance - Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. Recently, when Ranbir and Deepika were asked about this comparison, Ranbir had said, "We are surely waiting for Dilwale. Their chemistry is beyond palangtod." When Shahrukh was told about Ranbir's comment, he gave a very witty reply.

Superstar Shahrukh Khan was asked to comment on Ranbir Kapoor's 'palangtod' statement at the song launch of Dilwale, he said, "Ranbir and Deepika are amazing. It is too sweet of them to say that about my chemistry with Kajol. We don't know whether it is palangtod, ghar tod aur khidki tod! I don't know how is their chemistry. Whether they break palang or no, I don't know!"

The team of Dilwale, released the first song of the movie-'Gerua' yesterday (18th Nov). At the launch Shahrukh revealed some interesting details about the song which is shot in Iceland, "The place in Iceland is called as Black Beach. The plane there has a little history behind it. It was landed by a pilot there who ended up saving the lives of all passengers on board. No one was killed in the crash. Ever since then it has remained there. the plane is black as well. Recently Justin Bieber too skateboarded on the plane."

Not only this, the actors of the film Shahrukh Khan and Kajol also revealed that they wore three jackets to protect themselves from the extremely cold weather in Iceland.

When Shahrukh Khan was asked about his infallible romantic charms, he said, "If you respect women, be it as a girlfriend, wife or sister, they will love you. Respect is love for them. So, I respect them a lot."

At the Dilwale song launch, Shahrukh Khan said, "Since Kajol and I are coming back together on-screen after years, Rohit felt that we should try and make Gerua stand out better than all the other songs we have done earlier.''

Shahrukh Khan added, ''We have done many beautiful songs are really fortunate to have done those. But Rohit was very clear and precise about how he would like to shoot this one. He paid attention to every detail starting from choice of location, costumes and every other technicality because it was essential to him."

Talking about Gerua, Kajol said, ''We shot the song in a start to finish schedule of 7 days. We worked really hard and it was severe cold had a great time in all as the song itself is so good that we enjoyed performing. I am sure the audiences will also find it magical once they see it on-screen".

Shah Rukh Khan also tweeted his gratitude to everyone involved in creating this song and explained the meaning of 'Gerua'. He wrote, ''Gerua means Ochre or Orange to keep it simple...even a bit saffrony. So colour me in the colour of love.''
