Akshay Kumar, despite being in the Bollywood industry for 26 years, and earning the title, Khiladi, says he sometimes feels insecure whether he'll find work, or will producers stop calling him for further movies.
Basking in the success of Airlift, Akshay Kumar was praised for his role in the patriotic movie starring opposite, Nimrat Kaur. The film-makers were applauded and the audiences appreciated the movie.
All this has made Akshay Kumar feel happy and says, apreciation like this makes him feel wanted. Akshay Kumar was quoted as saying,
"Even after 26 years in the industry, these are the words I want to hear. If my producers are happy, then I am happy too. After all, my forefathers do not belong to cinema."

Akshay Kumar further commented as,
"Somewhere, deep within me, there is insecurity on whether I will find work or not. When a producer reassures me that he wants to work with me again, it means I am doing something right. Frankly, that's all I have wanted."
