Katrina On Her First Meeting With Aditya
In an interview with HT, Katrina had talked about her first meeting with Aditya and had said, "Last year, we were shooting together, and someone said that Aditya has actually interviewed me in the past. So, we started searching for the interview online. We found that interview, and in the process, also got to know that we had also done an ad together several years ago."

On the same question, Aditya had replied that, "I remember, during that shoot, I was sitting in a room with the other people who were in the ad, and she was the star. All of us were waiting for her. We peeked out of the door when she passed by. All her shots were done first, and my shots were done at 11.30pm. But we never met that day. We met only when I interviewed her."

Katrina was quoted as saying, "When I had signed this film (Fitoor), Aditya was not on board. So, when I learnt about Aditya, I wasn't for or against it, as I had just seen Aashiqui 2 (2013), and I had really liked his work in the film."
‘We’re Perfect Cast In The Film’
On the other side, Aditya Roy Kapur was overwhelmed to be casted opposite Katrina Kaif in Fitoor and had said, "I think we were both perfectly cast for the film."

Coming back to their affair rumours, the duo was spotted spending some quality time during the Dream Team concert and if reports are to be believed, during this period only Katrina & Aditya came closer.

However, we strongly feel that this rumour is baseless because, Aditya is a close friend of Katrina Kaif's ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor and we don't think, Aditya will break all the ties with his bestie to be with Katrina!
On the work front, Katrina is pre-occupied with two projects i.e., Jagga Jasoos and Tiger Zinda Hai. Interestingly, in both of her upcoming films, she will be seen opposite her ex-boyfriends.
