When a leading daily asked her, if the rejection of movies has disturbed her relations with filmmakers, Kareena revealed, " I am here to sell my talent. I am not here to make friends or pacify people. I have never done that. If I have said no to a film, it was because it did not suit me at that point of time. The last thing I would do is to say no to someone without any reason."

In an interview to a leading daily, Kareena Kapoor once said, ''Shahrukh and I have worked together in three films - Asoka being my first. Wherever I go, people always talk of Asoka and I am hugely grateful to Shahrukh for that. It's a part of my life in a very big way.''
