At the trailer launch, Aishwarya says she and Amitabh Bachchan were amongst the many people, who signed the petition for Sarabjit's release. She also added, "This is the quickest film we've shot! We've worked round the clock, and literally slogged. When Omung Kumar came to me with the script. It was like a divine calling"

She added, "While you are shooting here and there you are clustered together in a little place. There she didn't have a group around her. She was not Aishwarya the star. She slipped into her part like a splendid performing artist. I recollect the temperatures at a few spots were frigid frosty and there she tended to us like her own children."

Recently, actress Ankita Shrivastav, who is making her Bollywood debut with this film, can't stop praising Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. While talking to truetalky, she said, "My first scene in the film was inverse Aishwarya. While I was sitting tight for my shot to start, scenes from Aishwarya's prior films like Devdas, Josh and others flashed before my eyes. When I at long last met her, she asked me what my name is. I presented myself and she held my hand and said, 'Ankita, satisfied to meet you.' She was totally sweet."

The film is slated to hit the theatres on May 20, 2016.
