Anand L. Rai has given many superhit films to the industry like Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. The famous director, recently held a star-studded bash for his 45th birthday, which was attended by Shahrukh Khan, Sidharth Malhotra, Kangana Ranaut, Ali Fazal, Manish Paul and Aditi Rao Hydari among others.

Anand L. Rai has not worked with any Bollywood superstar in the past, but now he has signed superstar Shahrukh Khan on board for his upcoming project, and that is the reason why the film-maker is super thrilled for his next.

"He is a gutsy actor. He always takes challenges. It is a delight to have him in the film. We both have liking for each other. We want to work together and we are on that process. Shahrukh is a very intelligent man. He makes you feel so important and responsible so it is fun to work with him,'' Anand L. Rai told a leading news agency.
