Must See Pictures! Shahrukh Khan & Katrina Kaif Grace The Screening Of Udta Punjab With Other Celebs

Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor and many other Bollywood celebrities attended the screening of Udta Punjab recently.

The stunning diva of B-town looked super hot in her flared denim look. At the screening of the movie, Katrina happily posed for the shutterbugs and also said that she loved Udta Punjab and the performances of all the actors. Superstar Shahrukh Khan also looked dashing in his blue t-shirt at the event.

Udta Punjab, which stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh was in the news for its tiff with the censor board. The censor board had suggested 89 cuts for the movie and also asked the makers of the movie to remove 'Punjab' from the movie's title. Later, the movie won a court battle against the board and released with only one cut.

Unfortunately, the problems of Udta Punjab's team didn't end there! The movie leaked online, just two days before its release. Later, Mr Kashyap's Phantom Films filed a copyright theft case with the cybercrime cell of the Mumbai Police. Phantom Films alleged that a copy of the version they submitted to the Censor Board found its way into several torrent sites.

Hours before it hit the theatres, producer Anurag Kashyap made an appeal in a Facebook post. ''This time it's a different fight, it's a fight against censorship and if you are that audience that always downloads a film, then i won't ask you to not do that , please do, but wait till Saturday which is the day you would normally download a film.''
