gunman
opened
fire
at
people
celebrating
New
Year
at
a
nightclub
in
Istanbul
early
on
Sunday,
claimed
at
least
39
lives
and
injuring
69.
Rizvi
was
one
of
the
two
Indians
who
passed
away
in
the
attacks,
