Richa Chadha Dons The Producers Hat! Will Make Documentaries & Short Films
Richa Chadha is all set for an Indo-American collaboration and will produce documentaries and short films about women empowerment.
Richa Chadha is keen to look out for wider avenues in her professional life and it is reported that the actress is all set to don the producers hat by making documentaries and short films. A source close to the actress was quoted as saying,
"Richa
has
been
constantly
involved
in
promoting
women
empowerment
as
a
cause.
She
has
been
raising
voice
for
women
to
be
respected
as
much
as
men
are
in
the
society.
Furthering
her
belief,
Richa
will
be
working
with
her
friend
to
develop
and
maintain
productions
in
India
starting
this
summer.
The
first
few
projects
are
supposed
to
be
shot
in
May
this
year,
in
California,
USA
and
Delhi.
They
will
announce
the
first
few
projects
soon."
When asked about the Indo-American collaboration, Richa said, "My friend runs a fun, all-women company, which I think is fantastic. It has an amazing energy. I collaborated to co-produce content with them in India. More power to such initiatives."
On the work front, Richa Chadha is shooting for her upcoming film Cabaret and the film also stars cricketer Sreesanth. The actress is also shooting for three other movies namely Aur Devdas, Love Sonia and Fukrey 2.
