It Was Founded By SRK & Gauri
Shahrukh & Gauri Khan founded this production company in 2002 and within a few years, this company carved a niche for itself in the film industry.

SRK Wants To Produce Four-Five Films In A Year
During the release of Happy New Year, Shahrukh Khan had said that he wants to produce four-five films in a year. "We want to make four-five films without me. As a producer I would like to concentrate on the films and visual effects."
SRK On His Company..
SRK had also said that the company would also make a couple of films with him in the lead. "We will make a couple with me and some with other actors. The office is working towards that. The office is concentrating on film-making because that is our forte."
'They Should Stop Making Just My Film'
Talking about his production company, SRK had also mentioned that, "If we can put three films on the floor, it would be nicer. it is important they should stop making just my film. They should make more films. In the last 12-13 years that we have run the company, we are sort of ready to do it."
SRK Wants To Create Something Unique
While, talking about innovations, SRK had said, "For me it is, ‘Can I create something that Indian cinema is wanting to see... in terms of technology?" He believes a film's fate cannot be controlled, "but technology is what we can control as producers."
SRK On Film-making
"I feel that the quality part of film-making, which we can control, should be of the highest order. We at Red Chillies are very clear about one thing: whatever aspect of technology we are offered, we are going to use it to the best advantage," had said SRK.
On the work front, Shahrukh Khan will be next seen in Imtiaz Ali's next. He will also kickstart the shooting of his another film with Aanand L Rai, in which he will portray the character of a dwarf!
