It's Holi time all across the country and there is joy and jubilance spread everywhere during this festival season. While a lot of people love splashing colours and enjoying it, a few people are worried that the chemicals might affect their skin and cause health issues. Shraddha Kapoor opened up and gave a few Holi tips and fixes on how to keep your skin safe this Holi. She said,

“A lot of toxic chemicals can damage your hair and skin. But still, Holi is my favourite festival and I always celebrate it with my family and friends! Before stepping out, I apply a good amount of coconut based hair oil on my hair. Harsh colours strip off the moisture making them dry, frizzy and brittle, hence oiling is very important. I even apply coconut oil on my skin so colours don’t stay on my skin for days. Also post hair wash I apply some fruit oil that gives my hair the vitamins it needs with fruit oils that have lemon and orange in them.”
She also opened up about how she celebrates Holi and said that the day is celebrated with family and friends. She said, “Holi has always been a special time for me and my family. Everyone is together, a day filled with food, fun and family.”
On the work front, rumours are doing the rounds that Shraddha Kapoor might star in Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s upcoming film Thugs Of Hindostan. However, nothing has been confirmed yet and we’ll have to wait and watch for official developments.
