KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty, who tied the knot in January this year, are known for painting the town red with their mushy romance. The couple is often seen sharing love filled pics and posts for each other which are a treat to the fans. However, Athiya and KL Rahul made the headlines recently after they were allegedly spotted at a strip club in London.

According to media reports, videos of the couple have been going viral on social media wherein they were apparently seen visiting a strip club lately. While the reports raised a lot of eyebrows and left everyone brimming with an opinion, Athiya Shetty slammed the reports and clarified that they were hanging out at a regular place.

Taking to her Instagram story, Athiya wrote, "I usually choose to be silent and not react, but sometimes it's important to stand up for yourself. Rahul, I and our friends went out to a regular place, as one does. Stop taking things out of context, and check your facts before reporting. Peace and love".

Earlier, Suniel Shetty was seen singing praises for KL Rahul and said that he couldn't have askd for a better son. Calling himself a proud father, Suniel stated that Athiya and her brother Ahan are blessed as they get a chance to learn from the renowned cricketer. "He is calm, composed, and very respectful," Suniel was quoted saying.

Talking about the work front, KL Rahul had recently undergone a thigh surgery after he got injured during the IPL 2023 game. Sharing an update about his health, KL Rahul stated that the surgery was successful and went smoothly. He confirmed that he is currently on his road to recovery and is determined to get back on the field soon. On the other hand, Athiya Shetty was last seen in the 2019 release Motichoor Chaknachoor opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
