He has also said that with The Vaccine War, he has gone a level beyond and got on board the most challenging actors, Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, Pallavi Joshi, Raima Sen, Girja Oak, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Yagya Turlapath, and Mohan Kapur.
The filmmaker roped in updated technical tools for the film and has the most sounded technical equipment for the film to make it meet the standards.

Helmed by The Kashmir Files fame director Vivek Agnihotri, 'The Vaccine War' is touted as India's first ever bioscience film. It will feature Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi as lead characters.
Produced by Pallavi Joshi and I Am Buddha, the film will be released on September 28, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
