Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is slated to release on Eid this year. The film's release date was announced long back, and it was supposed to be a solo Bollywood release. However, just recently it was announced that Ajay Devgn's much-delayed film Maidaan will also release on Eid this year. The Amit Sharma directorial has been in the making for the past few years, and the release date has also been changed multiple times.

Well, both Ajay and Akshay are big stars and their films releasing on the same day means it will be the clash of the titans. However, this is not the first time when both ther actors will be clashing at the box office. In the past few years, they have clashed at the box office multiple times.

Thank God vs Ram Setu

On Diwali 2022, Ajay Devgn starrer Thank God and Akshay Kumar's Ram Setu had hit the big screens. Well, both the films didn't do well at the box ofice, but Ram Setu's collection was higher than Thank God.

Golmaal 3 vs Action Replayy

Let's go back to 2010. Ajay's Golmaal 3 and Akshay's Action Replayy had clashed at the box office during the Diwali weekend. It was Golmaal 3 who had won the box office race.

After Diwali in 2010 it self, Ajay and Akshay had clashed at the box office during Christmas weekend. While both the movies had not done a great business at the ticket windows, Tees Maar Khan had better collections.

While Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Maidaan will be two Bollywood biggies, the third film to release during the Eid weekend will be Devara. The Jr Ntr, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan starrer is a Telugu film, but it will be dubbed and released in multiplt languages including Hindi.
