Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi and Ileana D'Cruz's Delayed Film To Finally See The Light Of The Day

In 2021, it was announced that Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D'Cruz, and Sendhil Ramamurthy will be seen together in a rom-com, and in December that year, they had even wrapped up the shooting of the film. Later, there was no update on the release date, and there were rumours that it might get an OTT release. However, it looks like finally, the movie will see the light of the day.

Today, Vidya and Pratik took to Instagram to share a picture and give a hint that something about the film will be announced tomorrow. Both the actors posted on Instagram, "Do aur do milenge. Pyaar ke raaz khulenge! Tomorrow at 11 am, wait for it!"

The title of the rom-com is not yet announced, but there were reports that it has been titled Lovers. So maybe the makers will announce the title of the film, and the release date tomorrow. But, it will be interesting to see whether this movie will be getting a theatrical release or an OTT release.

Vidya was last seen on the big screens in Neeyat which was reeased last year. The film failed to make a mark at the box office, and even didn't get a great response from the critics. Vidya Balan fans have been waiting for her powerful comeback on the big screens. The actress' last theatrical release which did well at the box office was Mission Majnu. However, during the pandemic, Vidya impressed one and all with her brilliant performances in Shakuntala Devi and Sherni.

Meanwhile, this will be Ileana's first release after turning a mother. Her last theatrical release was Pagalpanti which was a disaster at the box office.

The cast is surely looking very refreshing, and we don't get to watch many rom-coms nowadays. So, let's wait and watch what this new film will offer the audiences.
