Singham - Preview

Singham is a remake of Tamil hit film, Singam starring Surya and Anushka Shetty. Ajay Devgn and Kajal Aggarwal play the lead roles in the remake version directed by Rohit Shetty. The film has already hit the headlines for Ajay's muscular look, and even Salman Khan has praised his body.

The film is all about an honest Inspector Bajirao Singham played by Ajay Devgn. He follows his own rules and principles in dealing with the anti-social elements and fighting injustice. However, things take a new turn when his principles and ethics are challenged by a powerful criminal cum politician named Jaykant Shikre (Prakash Raj). The politician uses his power to bring Singham to his city Goa in order to teach him a lesson.

Singham's girlfriend Kavya (Kajal Aggarwal) and an incident makes him realise that he should do away with Jaykant Shikre to bring about change in the society. Singham makes good use of his power in fighting injustice. Will he succeed in his mission? The rest of the story tells just that.
