Heroine: Movie Preview

After making a string of female-centric celluloid successes, versatile filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is now back with his latest ambitious project Heroine, that features Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda in the leads. Heroine is the season's most-awaited movie that has been making headlines ever since it was conceptualised. Heroine is all set to hit the big screens tomorrow. It is a story of delightful, bold, shocking, scandalous, sensitive exposing scenes behind the glitz and glamour that our film stars reside.

Story:

Heroine will reveal the fake smiles and politically correct quotes, the secrets and the lies, the incredible heights of fame & the lonely depths of failure. The film revolves around the life of a fading actress Mahi Khanna (Kareena Kapoor), whose career is on the decline. Mahi, who was once rich and powerful in the tinselville today, losing out her stardom, due to her personal affairs.

Music:

Music composed by Salim-Sulaiman, Heroine is yet another musical treat. The audience have so far loved the tracks of the film. Especially, the peppy number 'Halkat Jawaani' is topping the chart. Other songs from the film too have received great response from all.

Controversies:

From the plagiarised posters, till Kareena's onscreen smoking act, Heroine has time and again landed up in controversies. But, that did not affect much as people are still desperately looking forward for the film's release tomorrow.
