The Shaukeens Twitter Review

The Shaukeens which released today gets a good review only from men. The movie which has been portrayed about women as only sex symbol has not been received in a good taste.

Although, the cinematography, exotic locales, cameos by Abhishek Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Suniel Shetty can be taken as plus points, the film which revolves around three lecherous men going after all women is just not too interesting.

Shaukeen, the original movie which was out in 1982 is a cult movie played by Ashok Kumar, Utpal Dutt and AK Hangal and directed by Basu Chatterjee.

The Shaukeens directed by Abhishek Sharma has given the film with Annu Kapoor, Piyush Mishra and Anupam Kher, is not enjoyable.

Readers may disagree with my point of view, but when I get to see people objectify women as only a sex symbol it just doesn’t get down too well.
