Kapoor,

Padukone,
Javed
Sheikh,
Nikhil
Bhagat
Director:
Imtiaz
Ali
Ranbir
Kapoor
and
Deepika
Padukone's
much
awaited
film,
Tamasha
has
released
worldwide.
Finally,
we
shall
get
to
know
whether
the
movie
is
worth
all
the
hype
generated
by
the
stars
and
fans
or
not!
Tamasha
Plot:
Much
like
Imtiaz
Ali's
other
films,
Tamasha
echoes
for
a
long
time
in
the
hearts
of
the
viewers
with
the
engrossing
narrative.
The
story,
more
or
less
revolves
around
the
slogan
"It's
our
story.
We
can
change
the
end"
The
movie
is
about
a
guy
named
'Ved'
played
by
Ranbir
Kapoor,
who
is
fed
up
of
living
his
life
according
to
the
terms
and
conditions
of
the
society
and
by
chance,
meets
a
chirpy-careless
girl
named
'Tara'
played
by
Deepika
Padukone,
in
France.
The
duo
enjoy
each
other's
company
but
lie
to
each
other
about
their
real
lives
and
promise
each
other
that
after
the
France
journey
ends,
they
will
never
meet
each
other!
After
returning
to
their
real
lives,
they
develop
fondness
for
each
other
and
what
happens
next
forms
the
crux
of
the
story.
From
a
laugh
riot
to
emotional
sequences,
from
flirting
to
the
pain
of
being
in
love
with
someone
you
can
never
be
with,
Deepika-Ranbir
starrer
has
them
all!
Performances:
Ranbir
Kapoor
has
given
his
best
for
Tamasha
and
is
powerful
while
enacting
the
scenes
in
Corsica.
The
actor,
keeps
people
hooked
through
his
performance
and
witty
one-liners.
Deepika
Padukone,
is
a
little
less
seen
in
the
movie
compared
to
Ranbir
Kapoor.
The
actress
has
done
a
brilliant
job
once
again
and
spreads
laughter
throughout
the
film.
The
chemistry
between
Ranbir
Kapoor
and
Deepika
Padukone
is
too
good
to
watch
and
should
not
be
missed.
Both
the
actors,
have
done
justice
to
their
respective
roles,
in
terms
of
having
fun
and
enacting
heart
breaking
scenes.
Javed
Sheikh
plays
the
role
of
Ranbir's
dad,
and
is
seen
in
only
three
sequences
during
the
movie.
The
actor,
has
been
successful
in
playing
the
typical
strict
dad
that
almost
every
Bollywood
movie
showcases.
Technicalities:
The
cinematography
of
Tamasha
is
fantastic
and
showcases
the
best
spots
of
Corsica.
The
landscapes
and
rivers
are
breathtaking
and
is
a
delight
to
watch
on
the
silver
screen.
The
editing
and
picturization
in
a
few
scenes
are
a
drag
and
would
make
you
yawn.
Verdict:
Tamasha
is
ambitious.
The
movie
says,
we
are
all
unique
if
we
do
what
we
love.
Unfortunately,
the
storyline
gets
tiring
and
loses
its
plot
while
decoding
the
character's
personality.
The
movie
is
a
one-time
watch,
you
will
love
it
if
you
are
a
Ranbir-Deepika
fan.
See
what
the
audiences
have
to
say
about
Tamasha.
