This Bollywood actor commonly hailed as the 'Queen of Hearts' have won the admiration and glory of not just her fans but also critics. Bagging every single award this year for her fantastic performance in Black has made everyone anticipate eagerly to her much awaited releases like Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna this year. From her debut film Raja Ki Ayegi Baraat to The Rising:Ballad of Mangal Pandey, she has worked with all the reputed film makers of our time. Known for her girl next door looks, awesome acting talent and bright smile, she has won the hearts of millions of moviegoers.

Her performances in Black , Paheli, Saathiya, Veer- Zaara, Bunty Aur Babli, Hum Tum, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai have made everyone sit up and take notice of her. Rani is rumoured to be one of India's highest paid actresses. Her career did have its share of ups and downs with many flop films during the course of her film career. Hey Ram , Kahin Pyar Na Ho Jaye, Calcutta Mail are movies which went into obscurity .The lean patch in her career disappeared with the release of Chalte Chalte opposite Shahrukh Khan.

Rani has acted in different kinds of movies which brings her versatility into fore. Having portrayed characters like Babli and Michelle Mc Nelly have elevated her to the status of being the best actress of our time. Her continuous search for excellence in whatever role she portrays is magnified into a higher level making her the undisputed queen of Bollywood.
