Aditya Dhar

Biography:  Aditya Dhar is a well-known Indian writer, director, and lyricist who works in Hindi Film Industry. He is famous for his National-award winning film Uri-The Surgical Strike (2019) .  Career  Life  Before coming to the film industry Aditya Dhar worked as a radio jockey. Later on, he entered the Bollywood industry as a lyricist in 2006. Since then, he wrote lyrics for various Bollywood movies like Kabul Express(2006), One Two Three(2018), Haal-e-Dil (2008), and Daddy Cool (2009). Apart from being the lyricist, Aditya is prominent for script writing for various Bollywood films, including Aakrosh(2010), and Tezz(2012). After ten years, he made his first debut as a director with the movie,Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019. The movie was a major success and received critical acclaim for its screenplay, direction, and cast roles. In the same year, Aditya won the National Film Award for best director for Uri: The Surgical Strike. The director is now working on a new film, The Immortal Ashwatthama. The actor Vickey Kaushal is the main lead in the film. Personal Life  In 2021, Aditya Dhar got hitched to his girlfriend as well as Actress Yami Gautam in a close family gathering.
