Gowtham Srivatsa Biography

Gowtham Srivatsa is the son of well known music director Mysore Mohan . He is an engineer by education and keyboard programmer/pianist as a musician.

Music is in the blood and started learning piano at the age of 6 years from his father. He gradually picked up programming and composing music from the age of 11 yrs and first programmed a jingel for Hamsalekha.

Work Experience & Projects :
 
Gowtham Srivatsa has taken the credit for doing the complete music direction at  an young age for the movie "Sathya". He has worked with well known music directors like Hamsalekha, Dr. L Subramanium, V Manohar etc. as a keyboard programmer for nearly 65 movies and around 30 albums. Also has worked on background scoring for movies Yogaraj..

But, Ondukshanadalli, Naanalla, Shukra,Pagal,Rajani,Naanu Nanna Kanasu,Devaru Kotta Tangi,Zindagi, Naavika,Satya, Preethisian Horatavale,Dakota Picture,Narasimha, etc.He has been working with well known directors Dinesh Babu, Dayal Padbhanabhan & P N Satya.
 
Gowtham has also worked for a tamil movie - Kaantham on background scoring. Executed musical evening for Vishwa Kannada Sammelana 2011- London in association with India Classic Arts.
 
Now he is associated as Keyboard Programmer and Music Arranger with veteran actor/music director
V Ravichandran for his upcoming projects "Crazy Star  & Manjina Hani" .
 
Currently working as a music director for the movie "Chandra" directed by Roopa Iyer casting Prem, Shriya Saran in lead role (shot in kannada and tamil languages). Projects he has worked recently on background scoring and awaiting release are Bidalaare Endu Ninna, Ondu Rupayali Eradu Preethi.
