Raj Tharun Biography

Raj Tarun is an Indian film actor known for his works in Telugu cinema. Raj made his debut in Tollywood with the movie Uyyala Jampala featuring Avika Gor. He paired with her in his next movie Cinema Choopistha Mava. Both these movies went super hit at box office. He worked on the film Kumari 21F with Hebah Patel, which was released on 20 November 2015 to mostly positive reviews both from critics and movie audience.

Career

Raj Tarun is popular for his short films. He has acted in 52 short films and dreamt of becoming a director. He also worked on the screenplay and dialogues for his first film Uyyala Jampala. When Akkineni Nagarjuna recommended that a fresh face should be cast in the film, Raj Tarun became the choice of the team. The first day of shoot was the first film shooting Raj Tarun ever attended in his life. After Uyyala Jampala his second film, Cinema Choopistha Maava, received a positive response.

He joined Ram Mohan two years in Sunshine Cinemas after dropping out of his engineering course. He made first short film as an actor-writer-director at the age of 16 with Virinchi Varma and Ram Mohan. His recent film, Kumari21F, also got positive reviews and applause from audience and critics. His latest film, Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Sitralu released to mixed reviews.
