Shiva Balaji Biography

Shiva Balaji Manoharan is an Indian actor, who predominantly works in the Telugu Film Industry and also has appeared in Tamil films. He was introduced as a hero by director Suresh Krishna through the film Idi Maa Ashokgadi Love Story (2003). He became popular after acting in Allu Arjuna's Arya. In 2006, he won the Copper Nandi Award for his performance in the film Pothe Poni.

Early Life And Family

Shiva Balaji was born and bought up in Chennai. He is the eldest son of Manoharan Ramaswamy, an industrialist and Sivakumarai Manoharan. He attended Karthikeyan Metriculation Higher Secondary School. He has a younger sister Gayathri Lingam who is married to Yathendra Lingam, and younger brothers Prashanth Balaji and Krishna Sai.

He started looking after his father's business when he was 17. In 2009, he married actress Madhumitha, with whom he was paired in his film Englishkaran. They have two sons, Dhanvin Kangula, born on 11 February 2010 and Gagan Kangula, born on 28 November 2014.

Bigg Boss Telugu

Shiva Balaji won the title of Bigg Boss Telugu season 1. There were five finalists in this season. Adarsh Balakrishna, Archana, Hari Teja and Navdeep were the other four finalists in the house.
