Biography:  S.J. Surya is an Indian actor, director, screenwriter, composer, producer, and music director who works predominantly in the Tamil film industry. He is known for his versatile acting skills and has starred in a wide range of films, from action to comedy to drama. Personal Background S.J. Surya was born Justin Selvaraj Samanasu Pandian on July 20, 1968, to Sammanasu Pandian and Anandham in Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. Acting Debut He made his acting debut in the uncredited role of a villager in the 1988 film Nethiyadi . However, it was his leading role in the 2004 film New that established him as a star.
