New
York
(ANI):
Though
bosses
at
the
Caneel
Bay
Resort
were
happy
to
comply
with
Brad
Pitt
and
Angelina
Jolie"s
demand
that
only
one
staff
member
deal
with
them
while
they
stayed
at
the
resort,
they
were
left
a
little
red-faced
by
a
small
blunder.
The
resort"s
parent
company,
Rosewood,
made
sure
that
Brangelina"s
demands
were
met,
and
dispatched
a
marketing
executive
from
New
York.
However,
they
forgot
to
check
whether
the
man
could
fulfil
one
of
his
many
obligations
–
cooking.
As
it
turns
out,
though
the
guy
was
adept
at
doing
pretty
much
everything
else,
cooking
was
not
his
forte.
"Brad
and
Angie
stated
they
only
wanted
to
deal
with
one
staff
member
during
their
entire
stay.
He
had
to
do
everything
for
them,
including
cook," the
Daily
New
quoted
a
source,
as
saying.
"Except
he
(the
exec)
was
this
single
guy
and
he
didn't
know
how
to
cook.
He
was
freaking
out,"
the
source
added.
Thankfully
for
the
man,
Jolie
and
Pitt
didn"t
bother
with
that
little
aspect
much,
which
left
him
gushing
that
the
couple
were
simply
'lovely".
"He
did
say
Brad
and
Angelina
were
lovely," adds
the
source.
The
source
added
that
the
executive
in
question
also
rubbished
rumours
that
the
couple
were
on
the
verge
of
a
break-up.
"They
doted
on
the
kids
and
couldn't
keep
their
hands
off
each
other,"
the
source
said.
Having
beau
Brad
Pitt
close
by
at
all
times
helped
Angelina
Jolie
cope
with
making
'A
Mighty
Heart".
Jolie
plays
slain
American
reporter
Daniel
Pearl"s
widow
Mariane
Pearl
in
the
movie.
The
actress
admitted
to
Eve
magazine
that
she
would
not
have
been
able
to
complete
the
movie
if
Pitt
and
their
kids
had
not
been
near.
"It
was
such
a
gruelling
film,
I
needed
to
be
near
Brad
and
the
children,"
the
Mirror
quoted
her,
as
saying.
Pakistani
militants
beheaded
Pearl
in
2002.
His
murder
was
later
broadcast
on
the
Internet.
Mariane
Pearl,
on
whose
book
the
movie
is
based,
revealed
that
though
she
had
not
wanted
the
film
made,
she
changed
her
mind
after
meeting
Pitt.
"Later
on,
I
told
him
the
only
person
right
to
play
me
was
Angelina,"
Mariane
Pearl
added.
Angelina
Jolie
is
visiting
Iraq
as
part
of
her
role
as
UNHCR
Goodwill
Ambassador
after
a
halt
in
Syria.
According
to
the
United
Nations
Refugee
Agency
UNHCR,
the
'Tomb
Raider"
star
is
in
the
war
zone
to
witness
the
humanitarian
crisis
there
personally.
On
August
27,
Jolie
landed
in
Damascus,
where
she
visited
a
UNHCR
registration
centre
and
spend
hours
talking
to
Iraqi
refugees
in
their
homes.
The
next
day,
the
actress
halted
in
Iraq
to
meet
with
1,200
refugees
living
in
a
temporary
settlement
at
the
border,
because
they
are
powerless
to
leave
the
country.
In
addition,
Jolie
also
witnessed
dozens
of
Iraqis
crossing
into
Syria.
"I
have
come
to
Syria
and
Iraq
to
help
draw
attention
to
the
humanitarian
crisis
and
to
urge
governments
to
increase
their
support
for
UNHCR
and
its
partners.
My
sole
purpose
in
both
countries
is
to
highlight
the
plight
of
those
uprooted
by
the
war
in
Iraq,"
People
quoted
Jolie,
as
saying.
Jolie
then
went
to
the
Al
Waleed
camp
in
Iraq
and
said,
“It
is
absolutely
essential
that
the
ongoing
debate
about
Iraq's
future
includes
plans
for
addressing
the
enormous
humanitarian
consequences
these
people
face."
In
addition
to
her
activities
for
UNHCR,
Jolie
also
met
privately
with
American
troops
and
other
multi-national
forces
in
the
region.
