Angelina Jolie will apply for adopted son Pax Thien's visa today. The actress, who officially adopted the three-year-old Vietnamese boy last week, arrived in Hanoi yesterday to arrange for Pax to leave the country. Angelina, who was accompanied by her five-year-old adopted Cambodian son Maddox, will meet with US Embassy officials today to arrange the visa. Once the visa is issued, Angelina can take Pax Thien back to the US. She is hoping to leave Hanoi on Wednesday. The 'Tomb Raider' actress recently revealed she would be taking a break from work to spend time with her children.

She said: "I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life. I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment. I am very proud and happy to be their mother." Angelina also apologised to Pax for bringing him into her high-profile life, but has promised to take him back to Vietnam on a regular basis. She said: "Photographs and press coverage will make him upset. I'm very worried about that. I would like to say I'm sorry for bringing this into Pax's life. We will pay regular visits to your country."
