Washington (ANI): Actors Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny are reportedly having a tiff with the producers of their new movie over an explicit love scene. X Files co-stars are pleading with bosses to chop off the bedroom scene involving the pair from the new movie in which they reprise their roles as FBI Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully.
Sources have revealed that draft of the bedroom scene has been put on hold. "There was one draft of the script where Mulder and Scully have a bedroom scene but it looks like that has been put on hold," Contactmusic quoted a source as telling Daily Express.
"David and Gillian are concerned about having the characters involved in some kind of love story, as they feel that was the beginning of the end of the original show. "Negotiations are on-going," the source added.
