Washington, (ANI): English actress, Keira Knightley has declined all major Hollywood roles claiming that they are not emotionally challenging enough. Instead, she now intends to act in small budget movies that she hopes will help her spread her wings in acting.

The Atonement star claimed that she could not imagine doing a big-budgeted movie again."I can't imagine ever doing another one. I had five months off from Pirates during the summer last year, when I made Silk and Atonement, and it was so great," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

She claimed that instead of doing Pirates Of The Caribbean-style movie, which was a big budget film she wanted to concentrate on eccentric small-budget films, which would give her a chance to show her acting skills more explicitly. “I want to be able to explore emotions in smaller projects. That's not to say I won't suddenly read a big Hollywood blockbuster and go 'oooh that might be good...' But I haven't yet," she said.
