Kevin
Federline
is
worried
about
estranged
wife
Britney
Spears
wellbeing
in
the
wake
of
her
erratic
behaviour.
Kevin
cancelled
plans
to
party
in
Las
Vegas
during
NBA
All-Star
weekend,
instead
staying
in
Los
Angeles
to
offer
support
to
troubled
Britney
and
their
sons,
Sean
Preston
and
Jayden
James.
A
source
told
People
magazine:
"Kevin
is
concerned
for
Britney
and
his
children.
He
loves
her.
He's
always
loved
her
-
even
after
she
started
divorce
proceedings." The
28-year-old
had
booked
a
room
from
February
14
-
19
at
Las
Vegas'
Venetian
Resort
Hotel
Casino,
but
cancelled
the
reservation.
Britney
filed
for
divorce
last
November
and
both
parties
are
seeking
sole
custody
of
their
children.
Britney
-
who
walked
into
Esther's
Haircutting
Salon
in
Tarazana
California
late
on
Friday
night
and
shaved
her
head
-
voluntarily
checked
into
rehab
yesterday.
Legal experts do not believe her recent behaviour will damage her custody case. Los Angeles attorney Nathan Goldberg said: "It's bizarre behaviour. It might raise concerns about where the behaviour is coming from. What problems is she having, and how might those problems affect her ability as a parent? "But all-night partying is unlikely to damage her case, especially in Hollywood where people in the entertainment industry go out at night all the time." Loyola Law School Professor Laurie Levenson said: "Shaving your head is bizarre, but it's not illegal. It won't affect her case unless you can show that she was out of her mind or on drugs when she did it."
