Sarah Jessica Parker has only two dresses

Washington (ANI): Sarah Jessica Parker insists she"s nothing like her fashion conscious 'Sex And The City" character Carrie Bradshaw, for she only owns two main outfits. The 42-year-old revealed that she recently shocked friends by showing them her empty closets. "Friends came by recently and after looking in my closet said, 'Wow! You don't have a lot of clothes'" Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. As for how come the actress has so few clothes, well that"s because she doesn"t like shopping and keeps wearing two main outfits from her closet.

"I'm not a big shopper, but I do splurge on shoes. I have about two main outfits which I wear to death and that's it," she said. She also admits that it"s hard living up to her character"s image. "I feel I have to measure up to Carrie and that's hard," she added. Parker is currently filming the 'Sex and the City" movie with her small-screen co-stars Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, and Chris Noth.
