London
(ANI):
American
actress
Gillian
Anderson
admits
that
she
found
the
physical
demands
of
the
new
X
Files
movie
extremely
taxing.
Anderson,
back
as
Agent
Dana
Scully
for
the
film,
admitted
that
she
was
nowhere
as
agile
as
her
athletic
co-star
David
Duchovny.
The
39-year-old
actress
started
acting
in
the
TV
version
of
the
show
back
in
2002,
and
she
herself
admits
to
have
suffered
more
during
the
more
physically
testing
moments
of
their
latest
adventure,
than
Duchovny
did.
"It
was
hard
work,
I'm
too
old
for
this," the
Daily
Express
quoted
Gillian,
as
having
complained
about
her
own
performance
in
the
movie
which
will
hit
the
cinemas
this
August.
"David's
in
the
best
shape
of
his
life
and
did
most
of
the
work.
He's
climbing
and
jumping
off
cliffs.
I
was
more
exhausted
by
the
end
of
it
than
he
was.
I'm
a
wimp,"
she
added.
