Hannibal Lecter is 'Ultimate Movie Bad Guy'

London (ANI): Sir Anthony Hopkins' Oscar winning portrayal of Hannibal Lecter in "The Silence of the Lambs" has been voted as the 'Ultimate Movie Bad Guy', in a poll of film fans. According to lovefilm.com survey, Hopkins' character with 'a chilly, controlled, career performance' in the 1991 release easily took an edge over Star Wars villain Darth Vader, which came in second on the list, reports the Sun.

Third position was taken by Goodfellas' Tommy DeVito, played by Joe Pesci, followed by Anton Chigurh of 'No Country For Old Men'. Rounding off the top five was Hans Gruber of 'Die Hard'
