London
(ANI):
Dame
Helen
Mirren,
who
won
an
Oscar
for
her
role
in
2006
hit
'The
Queen,'
is
desperate
to
take
the
part
once
again
in
a
sequel.
The
62-year-old
actress,
who
played
the
Queen
in
the
account
of
royal
life
the
week
after
the
death
of
Princess
Diana
in
1997,
said
that
she
would
love
to
make
a
movie
about
the
queen's
golden
jubilee,
which
she
celebrated
in
2002.
"The
Queen
was
such
an
individual,
idiosyncratic
film.
It
was
one
of
a
kind," The
Sun
quoted
her,
as
saying.
"You
can't
repeat
that.
People
have
asked,
'Is
there
going
to
be
a
sequel?'
Yes,
lets
do
the
Golden
Jubilee.
That
would
be
interesting,"
she
added.
Meanwhile
the
veteran
actress
recently
revealed
that
she
wants
to
appear
in
an
episode
of
Detective
Hercule
Poirot's
TV
series.
Mirren
admitted
that
she
is
a
huge
fan
of
the
Belgian
detective
and
wishes
that
she
could
star
in
an
episode
of
the
TV
series.
"I'd
like
to
appear
in
an
episode
of
Poirot,"
she
told
the
Daily
Express.
