Hilton, Madden mutually decided to take break

London (ANI): American socialite Paris Hilton has revealed that she and rocker Benji Madden mutually decided to take a break from their relationship. On Ryan Seacrest's radio show in Los Angeles, the hotel heiress admitted that the couple took the decision because of busy working schedules.

"We're really good friends. We're very close... I love him, he's such an amazing man. He's my best friend, he's been so great to me, so loyal. He's an incredible person," the Daily Star quoted her, as saying. "I think right now we're both better off as friends. We're both working so much; I've been travelling, he's been working non-stop in the studio," she added.

Hilton also dismissed reports that she dumped Madden. "There's all these reports that I dumped Benji, that's not true. This was a decision we made together," she said.
