London
(ANI):
Indiana
Jones
and
James
Bond
films
not
only
rule
cinema
aficionados'
minds,
but
also
those
of
top
British
politicians.
While
Prime
Minister
Gordon
Brown
is
a
huge
fan
of
Indiana
Jones,
Conservative
leader
David
Cameron
just
can't
resist
watching
Bond
movies
again
and
again.
Brown
revealed
his
liking
for
the
daredevil
archaeologist
played
by
Harrison
Ford
during
a
recent
interview,
when
he
was
asked
who
was
his
favourite,
Indy
or
Bond.
"Indiana
Jones,
Indiana
Jones,
but
I
still
like
James
Bond," the
Telegraph
quoted
him
as
telling
Total
Politics
magazine.
When
Cameron
was
asked
the
same
question,
he
replied:
"I'm
a
big
Bond
fan.
I
think
I've
probably
seen
every
Bond
film
more
than
three
times,
which
is
quite
tragic.
I
even
caught
a
bit
of
From
Russia
With
Love
yesterday
on
ITV7
or
somewhere."
The
newspaper
report
says
that
psychiatrists
may
find
the
two
leaders' choices
of
film
characters
for
their
studies,
for
they
may
provide
hints
about
the
personalities
of
the
politicians.
The
report
also
suggests
that
many
people
are
surprised
to
find
that
Cameron
is
a
huge
fan
of
the
spy
who
prides
himself
on
his
impeccable
British
upper-class
credentials.
Indiana
Jones
is
an
all-American
hero
who
has
been
reincarnated
after
an
almost
twenty
year
absence.
His
latest
film,
Indiana
Jones
and
the
Kingdom
of
the
Crystal
Skull,
has
been
a
box
office
hit.
James
Bond
has
also
been
regularly
reinvented.
