Washington (ANI): American actor Johnny Depp has denied reports that he was offered 10 million dollars to become the face of condom giant, Trojan. Recently, rumours were making rounds that Trojan bosses wanted the Pirates Of The Caribbean star to front an anti-AIDS campaign to send free condoms to less economically developed countries.

But Depp's representative has denied the claims. "There's no truth to this," Contactmusic quoted his rep, as saying. Meanwhile, Johnny Depp has proved that he is a real-life hero by saving a group of extras from being struck down by an out-of-control car on the sets of his new movie.

The 44-year-old actor was shooting a scene as bank robber John Dillinger in his latest crime flick 'Public Enemies', when a stunt driver in a 1933 Ford car sped onto a patch of ice and skidded towards six extras. Oblivious to the approaching danger, the extras were standing with their backs turned, and were finally rescued by the Pirates Of The Caribbean star.
