Moss plans legal action against UK Paper

Washington (ANI): Supermodel Kate Moss has decided to take legal action against the tabloid report stating she was engaged in an orgy. Moss' rep revealed that the 33-year-old model is infuriated over "false and defamatory allegations in the newspaper relating to her 34th birthday celebrations.

British tabloid 'News of the World' recently reported that Moss, two women, and one male "were kissing and caressing one another and four or five other people were in the [Dorchester Hotel] room watching."

A close friend also said that the model is maddened over the reports. "She's spitting mad over the News of the World story. Not only were their lies hurtful, but they're also not at all true," Usmagazine.com quoted a friend as saying. "She's a mum and doesn't want these kind of lies written about her," the friend added.
