will
soon
be
seen
portraying
the
role
of
'Liberace'
in
new
biopic
by
Steven
Soderbergh.
The
'Disclosure'
actor
will
play
the
late
entertainer
in
the
flick
scripted
by
Richard
LaGravanese.
Matt
Damon
is
being
considered
to
play
'Scott
Thorson',
the
man
who
sued
Liberace
for
113million
dollars
in
1982
for
'palimony'
and
stated
that
he
had
been
the
entertainer's
companion
for
5
years,
reports
Contactmusic.
Liberace,
who
was
a
gay
always
denied
his
being
one,
though
he
reportedly
agreed
an
out-of-court
settlement
for
95,000
dollars
in
1986,
before
dying
the
following
year
due
to
complications
from
AIDS.
The
flick
will
not
hit
the
theatres
in
the
recent
future,
as
the
director
is
preoccupied
with
the
completion
of
'The
Informant",
starring
Damon.
